According to the NCMEC, 15-year-old Amabel Felix was last seen in March 2018 after she went missing from a Monticello, Kentucky foster home.
Felix is believed to possibly be in the company of 50-year-old Daniel York, stepfather to Felix and her two siblings.
The NCMEC says the case goes back to the November 2016 disappearance of Felix’s mother Rosselys Felix, who went missing after moving to Florida from the Dominican Republic with her children.
Following her disappearance, stepfather Daniel York moved the children to Kentucky. The children lived with York until February of this year, when the Department of Family Services took custody of the children.
Amabel went missing in March and “could be anywhere” according to the NCMEC. York may be driving a white Mitsubishi Outlander or a gray Pontiac G6. A felony warrant for his arrest has also been issued in the state of Kentucky.
Felix is described as a Hispanic female with black hair, brown eyes, standing 5’3″ tall and weighs 105 pounds.
York is described as standing 5’10” tall, weights 210 pounds, with blue eyes and long blonde hair.
